Although The VAR Guy hasn’t tested eHealth, chatter about the network performance management platform caught his ear during a recent trip to CA’s headquarters. CA inherited eHealth when it acquired Concord Communications in April 2005. eHealth is designed for enterprises and service providers that want to track and measure service level objectives and performance–with a particular emphasis on VoIP networks.
Smart move. Many companies deploy VoIP, only to discover that they can’t properly monitor and manage service levels for such systems.
