The VAR Guy

The VAR Guy has been waiting patiently at the end of his driveway, wondering if FedEX or UPS would deliver a Ferrari laptop with Windows Vista preinstalled. Microsoft has been sending the sporty new Vista laptops to bloggers in order to promote the operating system. Alas, The VAR Guy hasn’t received his.

Maybe that’s not such a bad thing. Like several other bloggers, The VAR Guy moved to a Mac earlier this year. No more viruses. No more worms. No concerns about the first Vista security flaw.

Of course, there’s a big market for Vista. And by most accounts, Vista is a good product. But The VAR Guy is addicted to his Mac.
