		<description>&lt;p&gt;mysql should NOT rush into an ipo. you could argue that red hat is the only open source company that has successfully gone public. a poor ipo would slow an open source movement that currently looks unstoppable. if they don&#039;t need the money just yet they should avoid the scrutiny that an ipo generates. better to remain below the radar and sneak up on the competition over and over again.&lt;/p&gt;
