		<description>&lt;p&gt;Well, the real challenge for Dell won&#039;t be getting hardware and software to work with Ubuntu (or any desktop Linux OS). The big question is - how does Dell plan to support these PC&#039;s? Clearly, the poorly trained undergraduates (with an average employment span of maybe 6 months) that almost every one of these big companies employs as support staff will be hopelessly out of their depths (technically) if they have to support Linux, as most of them would never have even seen it! And anyone who uses Linux on a regular basis can tell you how steep the learning curve is (at least initially).&lt;/p&gt;
