Forgive The VAR Guy for his silence today. He was on a road trip from New York to New Jersey, visiting Avaya’s channel team. The VAR Guy is still organizing his notes from the two-hour meeting.     As part of its SMB strategy, Avaya has authorized Carousel Industries as a Master Reseller for Avaya SMB Products. With this authorization, Carousel is actively looking to recruit sales agents (or agent companies) to sell the Avaya SMB product line.
