The energy that Frazee had telling us about her "bet on analytics" really put the kind of convincing and proving process that is part of the adoption process into perspective. Overall I felt the ideas shared at the event were very actionable - start with a measurable project, search out advocacy and when in doubt, position your project so that it makes your boss the star were a few of the take aways. I wrote a bit more about it on my blog (it's brand new) from the perspective of "Think" and "Execute" themes.
