Also, how much support will there be for Linux and Mac? Non-Microsoft mobile devices? Open source software? SaaS monitoring? MS has a history of only supporting its own products/platform, which will be a deal-breaker for most resellers. It will be interesting to see if Microsoft attempts to sell the solution to the resellers, or will it be available through the MS program?

MS has a history of only supporting its own products/platform, which will be a deal-breaker for most resellers.
