Dave C: Wow, those are strong words. We welcome all views on this site, but can you tell us why you’re so sour on Dell? Do you work for a competitor? Did you partner up with a competitor? Did you give Dell’s channel program a chance and get burned?

The VAR Guy is willing to hear you out… but please: can you share any background?

Dell and Channel. How can you even use those words in the same sentence. They have the absolute worst channel team and approach in the industry. The direct team STILL wants to take deals direct for as little as 100 dollars. These guys won’t quit. Don’t let Dell who know any of your customers because they won’t be your customers for long.

Does that mean Dell will finally dump the SalesFarce.com forum software used on IdeaStorm?

Seriously. As forum software goes. SalesForce.com really is just so bad.
