"Word of Mouth" is the most valuable form of advertising for any company. If people are talking about you for all the right reasons then you will have a healthy sales record. Generating "Word of Mouth" advertising is exactly what Red Hat are doing by promoting this article. The best part is some of the people who read that article and praise Red Hat won't even have used their products. It's an absolutely inspired move by Red Hat.
