They're very active in open source. Btw, we notched 100% growth in 2008, and we didn't start with a small base. Everything's relative, of course (we're not Microsoft-sized), but the companies I advise (SugarCRM, Openbravo, Mindtouch, Jaspersoft, etc.) are all doing really, really well.
