All of them sound genuinely upbeat about the new CEO, though they shared equal praise for former CEO and founder Lilly, who shifts into the COO position. Hmmm. Our resident blogger respects many GroundWork team members. But it's also important to point out that the management change is an inflection point for the company. Stress levels will surely rise a bit as everyone gets used to the new leadership, etc. The VAR Guy will be watching... and listening...
