Hello to The VAR Guy.
That's correct, we have an e-commerce platform for online software sales + a reseller management system.
I'll send you a direct message to discuss further...

Thanks,
Delia

Delia: Thanks for reading The VAR Guy. Well, actually you seem to be reading contributor Scott Dahlgren. Hope you enjoy his perspectives.

The VAR Guy checked out Avangate. Looks like you help software companies to sell their wares online??? Correct? Tell The VAR Guy more.

Great article and surely a motivator for companies who haven't gone yet into channel distribution to consider it.

I've actually had a recent discussion with Ken Beam @ the VAR City on channel issues, touching on similar points, especially on-boarding new partners. Might be useful:

I'd also add that in countries like Russia it's actually very difficult to do business UNLESS you partner in one way or another with a local player (for many reasons, such as trust - I'd put this at No. 1, specific legislation etc.).
