If 13,000 Cisco employees were focused on blogging "externally" it would be an enormous waste of time and resources. The reality is that we are using blogs (along with a range of other social media tools) to drive "internal" collaboration and communications. As one of the 13,000 Cisco bloggers I’m happy to let you know that it’s working. As always, The VAR Guy makes a good point.
