		<description>As always, The VAR Guy makes a good point.  If 13,000 Cisco employees were focused on blogging &quot;externally&quot; it would be an enormous waste of time and resources.  The reality is that we are using blogs (along with a range of other social media tools) to drive &quot;internal&quot; collaboration and communications.  As one of the 13,000 Cisco bloggers I’m happy to let you know that it’s working.</description>
