When have small businesses not been interested in how they can improve their customer experience by understanding how their IT assets, applications and other technology resources impact their business process. FireScope has been selling direct and through our Partner VARS for the last year and half. We sell solutions that start at $2450.00 for small to medium enterprises and we offer enterprise solutions as well. These solutions have more functionality, are easier to set up and provide more immediate value than the companies you mention. We are not alone I have come across some great competitors who have done a fantastic job of delivering value to smaller businesses.
