While the system did not fly off the shelves by the thousands, Response Point is selling well in the small office space to those who just need a basic phone system. Considering we sell a dozen or so different VoIP phone systems, this should be taken as a vote of confidence in the product since this space is heavily contested. In order to continue to ramp sales in it's current hardware form, Response Point will need SP 2.0 to be released. If it doesn't then it will not be able to realize the market penetration that it could/should achieve. All in all, its been a fun product and team to work with. Hopefully everything can get sorted out and positive steps can be taken to move forward. Response Point is a solid product for those customers who need basic a basic telephone system.
