Hello Matt -- I'm glad you are interested in Unison. To your Outlook point, we are planning integration with Outlook for 2010 -- so people who wish to continue using Outlook on the desktop may do so with more convenience.

Hello,

This is an interesting vendor. We are a Microsoft Gold partner that works with Windows based IP PBX's (Pbxnsip & 3cx: http://www.youtube.com/user/landiscomputer) so this quite interesting.

Unison's free with tasteful ads model is interesting to say the least. They appear to sweep a bunch of systems into one.

The one concern would be with integration. For example we integrate our service management software to Outlook.

Thanks varguy, for wide array of subject you cover. I find your take interesting.
