Hello Matt — I’m glad you are interested in Unison. To your Outlook point, we are planning integration with Outlook for 2010 — so people who wish to continue using Outlook on the desktop may do so with more convenience.

Hello,

This is an interesting vendor. We are a Microsoft Gold partner that works with Windows based IP PBX’s (Pbxnsip & 3cx: http://www.youtube.com/user/landiscomputer) so this quite interesting.

Unison’s free with tasteful ads model is interesting to say the least. They appear to sweep a bunch of systems into one.

The one concern would be with integration. For example we integrate our service management software to Outlook.
