The 'Green' thing to do is to focus on ways to reuse the clunkers. Why not talk about the "Virtual Desktop" Technologies that allow clunkers to function 'equivalent to new' without ever having to buy a new machine (other than the servers)? Its a myth that machines are washed up after 2 to 3 years and you need to replace a third of your 'fleet' ever year. These sound like Coupon book sales promotions!
