We trialed it for our our business and there were two main issues. Transcription was almost useless to the point that we began emailing funny transcriptions around as a joke. :) We also noticed some performance issues when call volume got higher. We actually used Voice in a larger forwarding scheme so the performance issues may have been due to Voice not liking to have calls forwarded in to it. Finally, any article about Google Voice should mention Chad Smith's great Firefox plug-in for Google Voice.
