Alejandro: Is Unison still around? Seems like Intermedia has refocused its efforts on a new Unified Communications platform that integrates with Exchange and Outlook. Not sure if Unison is still involved.

YOU STATE that “The person who controls email is the person who controls the customer”..

That means MS with 75% market, and IBM with 25%, have total control of the enterprise. Unison is what percentage of the business email market? Why would I bet my business on a product that is all but non existent in a sector of the market that has long since matured?

Do you know of any VARs/MSPs who are currently using this solution and have feedback on key issues like billing, QoS, support levels, VoIP phone support, options for hosting services in our own facilities, etc?
