Curtis: The VAR Guy concedes... he doesn't actually run PSA software. Thanks for sharing some real-world experiences on Phase 3.

ConnectWise Phase 3 went in without a hitch. I just want to state that the new release strategy that ConnectWise has adopted is perfect for a fasted paced MSP. With the release feature set being smaller but more frequent, it allows us to implement new capabilities much easier and impact our business much faster. The release notes quickly let us know if we can make immediate use a feature or if not what setup is required. We have already implemented two Marketing Campaigns and can't wait to capitalize on being able see a clear analysis of our efforts. Notifications have also had immediate impact. The SRS based reports run much faster.
